Associate Broker, Senior Real Estate Specialist

Born and raised in Massachusetts, Jody gradually worked her way up the New England Seacoast before settling in Biddeford, Maine in 2009 with her now-husband, their boxer Chupa (since passed), and a pit/boxer rescue named Karma.

Jody spent a significant portion of her career in e-commerce, honing the administrative, operational, and analytical skills she now leverages in conjunction with her passion for learning and natural inclination for process and problem-solving in her role as a realtor and senior housing specialist. She first got involved in real estate as the office manager for a boutique commercial agency specializing in hospitality and transitioned into the residential sector working for an independent agency focused on sales and vacation rental management.

She was drawn to the senior niche after experiencing firsthand with her parents the challenges that older residents face in locating and receiving the help they need to remain in their homes safely and comfortably. In response to this, she pivoted her career to focus on helping to educate, advocate, and support seniors with later-life real estate and transitional decisions. To aid her in this mission, Jody got involved with Age Friendly Biddeford in late 2022 and started volunteering with Age Friendly Saco in 2023.

In her spare time, Jody can be found rucking or interval training on local trails, looking for treasure at local flea markets, or exploring Maine on two wheels with her husband, Darren.
