Joel Turgo is a highly experienced Associate Broker specializing in the Southern and Central Maine regions. With over eight years of success as a Realtor in Maine and nearly 28 years in the real estate industry, including two decades as a lender in California and Maine, Joel is renowned for his deep understanding of the local market and his exceptional communication skills. He is dedicated to ensuring each transaction is as smooth and stress-free as possible for his clients.

Joel launched his real estate career in 2017 and is now an integral part of Elevate Maine Realty in Falmouth. Throughout his career, he has worked with some of the top agencies in Maine, consistently delivering expert guidance and support to his clients. His passion for real estate is evident in his work, where he combines his extensive knowledge with a touch of humor to create a positive experience for all. In addition to his expertise in buying and selling homes, Joel excels in various specialized areas, including listing and seller representation, first-time homebuyer guidance, luxury property marketing, veterans' programs, investment portfolios, and estate sale management.

A native of Portland, Joel grew up in the vibrant neighborhoods of Munjoy Hill and the West End. He currently resides with his wife, Lisa, their family, and their two beloved dogs, Maple and Duncan. In his free time, Joel enjoys traveling, boating on Sebago Lake, participating in charity motorcycle rides, playing the drums and guitar, staying active, and investing in real estate.
